[MDM Phase 3] UI Bug - Device Configuration ID Populated In Service Point ID Field

Symptoms
Problem Summary
In MDM 2.1.0.3 version, Device Configuration ID populated in Service Point ID field when adding a new Installation Event from the Device Configuration context menu
Steps:
View a Device Configuration that is not installed.
Click on context menu, click on + next to Install Event to add a new Install Event with this Device Configuration ID.
It is expected that the Device Configuration ID would pre-populate in the Device Configuration ID field but instead it appears in the Service Point Field on the same screen.
Note:
+Install Event on the Service Point context menu works as expected.
+Install Event works as expected in an SP2 environment.
