On :  11.1.0.7.0 version, User Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When creating Charge Selector, there is no Pricing Profile value if Applicable To is 'Account'.  


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pricing Profile values should be populated

STEPS
-----------------------
Configuring the Charge Selector:

1. Entered Name
2. Entered Description
3. Selected Applicable To as 'Account'.
4. Selected Event as 'EventBillingProductFeeCycleCycle_forward_monthly'.
5. While trying to select the value for the Pricing Profile, values are not getting populated in the drop down.
