MDS FULL ETL fails on exec of BI_COM_ITEM_F_PRO step 10

exec of BI_COM_ITEM_F_PRO step 10 fails
Creating Index ITEM_NEXT_REL_DATE fails with the following error:
ODI-1228: Task odi_pro_BI_COM_ITEM_F_PRO (Procedure) fails on the target ORACLE connection TRG_BI_PHYSICAL.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P003
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found
ORA-06512: at line 4

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute MDS full load
