Japanese File Name Inside download.zip Is Garbled When Downloading Multiple Japanese File (Doc ID 2147020.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
From the Web Client, select multiple file with file name including multi-byte (ex: Japanese) and press Get button to download the file. After unzipping the downloaded file : download.zip, the file name inside is garbled.

Expected Behavior
From the Web Client, select multiple file with file name including multi-byte (ex: Japanese) and press Get button to download the file.After unzipping the downloaded file : download.zip, the file name inside is not garbled.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to admin user in web client
  2. Click my settings and set encode type to UTF-8.
  3. Login again
  4. Click my settings and go to attachment tab
  5. Select 2 file name with Japanese character and press Get button
  6. Download download.zip and open.
  7. Confirm the 2 file name garbled
