The IM Service can not be Created on a Windows Service Account (Doc ID 2147054.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.5.1.5 version, Information Manager Console

When attempting to run IM service with service account,
the following error occurs.

Due to this issue, IM services can't be started using a Windows service account.

Changes

 The Service account with which the IM services were running didn't had the access to the mount point for IM Library folder.
