Error: "Your Session Has Timed Out or You Are Not Currently Logged Please Login Again" When Logging Into Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2147108.1)

Symptoms

When logging in to EnterpriseTrack, hosted on Weblogic, as the sys_admin you receive the following error:

"Your session has timed out or you are not currently logged please login again"

In the Instantis Trace logs there is the following error:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. After starting SiteWand 15.2 connected to a non-upgraded version of the schema navigate to:
http://localhost:8080/SiteWand/Submission/etrack/login
2. Try to login as sys_admin;

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot upgrade to 15.2.0.0.
