GIVEN the attribute is a numerical value
AND the Available Refinements component is displaying that attribute as a range filter
WHEN the user selects the "less than" option
AND specifies a value
THEN the histogram should display only those attribute values below the specified value
Testing this reveals the histogram will incorrectly include boundary values in the display of the ending bar. For example if you had 2 values for every year and the user selects years "less than 2015", the histogram will display a count of 2 for each year until 2015 which will display a count of 4. If you select "between 2010 and 2015" the histogram will display a count of 2 for each year except for 2015 which will again display a count of 4. As long as there are values in the boundary year (2015) the histogram display will not filter them out from the display.
If you mouse-over each of the bars in the histogram and manually add up the their individual result count you will have a total greater than the actual data set record count. The sum of results displayed directly above the histogram will however show the accurate count. The rest of the studio components will also all show the correct number of records and the filter will have been applied correctly.
If all the values are below the boundary value then the histogram will display correctly. For example, if you had a value for every day in a month and set the value to "days less than 35" then the max value could only ever be 31 and the histogram would display correctly.
No error message is every displayed.
