Template Schema Release Is Not Available For Version 3 (Doc ID 2147890.1)

Symptoms

Customer is developing CTM templates in a Java environment which will connect using the integration manager.

On testing they receive the following exception, even though they have installed the template_schemaV3.xsd into the database.

com.mslv.osa.xtm.api.XtmException: Template schema release is not available for version 3
at com.mslv.osa.xtm.model.TemplateReader.run(TemplateReader.java:35)
at com.mslv.osa.xtm.app.XtmSessionImpl.getTemplateModel(XtmSessionImpl.java:1403)
at com.mslv.osa.xtm.app.XtmSessionImpl.getCommandList(XtmSessionImpl.java:861)

 

Changes

 Customer had installed a new patch release.
