Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.11.0 version, General Ledger (GL)
While loading chart of accounts through Out Of The Box utility load_pin_glchartaccts takes more than 1 hour. Currently we have 170206 entries in pin_glchartaccts.

It should load in less than an hour

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
load_pin_glchartaccts -v pin_glchartaccts
