Symptoms
On :
Oracle Communications Messaging Server 7.0.5.37.0 64bit (built Jan 25 2016)
libimta.so 7.0.5.37.0 64bit (built 12:16:59, Jan 25 2016)
Using /opt/sun/comms/messaging64/config/imta.cnf (compiled)
NSS Library Version: 3.21 Basic ECC
Linux hostname.domaniname 2.6.18-164.el5 #1 SMP Tue Aug 18 15:51:48 EDT 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Setting connection limits doesn't have any effect. The default value still applies globally and the following error is still appearing:

It is expected to permit 1024 connections for IP <IP-ADD> but the same global limit of 20 connections applies for this IP
