 Primary concern is to install complete MPS1 (Maintenance Patch Set 1), database is again upgrade from base version till PS13 which might be a re-work and risk to the production system as customer are at PS11 (Patch set 11). It would be logical to upgrade INCREMENTAL from PS11 to PS13 and then apply PS15 upgrade. Please confirm on this approach?
 Commented out the .source file executing from the upgrade script for PS1 to PS11 and executed the upgrade script and upgraded to PS13 without any errors but  would like to know if their any impact with this workaround? Below is the complete entry commenting out from “” file under $PIN_HOME/setup/script is attached in the uploaded file "list”.
 Noticed that, part of 7.5 MPS1 database upgrade script, the out of box installer script is also installing few 7.4 packages and below are the list, please clarify?
