Oracle Communications is pleased to announce general availability of Oracle Communications Application Management Pack (AMP) Release

This is released as a part of Oracle Communications Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery (RODOD) v12 release, which Supports Hybrid Cloud Deployment Model through Direct Integration with Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud Applications.

The Application Management Pack for Oracle Communications (AMP for Communications) provides unified operational management for the Oracle Communications RODOD solution, the component applications, and the underlying technology stack.

Solution and Applications Administrators will use AMP for Communications with Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM) Cloud Control to provision, configure, patch, and monitor Oracle Communications applications and solutions from a centralized, web-based console. AMP for Communications greatly reduces service providers’ operational costs and the complexity of managing the ODOD solution and Oracle Communications standalone applications.

AMP for Communications is delivered as a pack for the OEM Cloud Control platform that provides management capabilities for the following Oracle Communications applications:

Oracle Application Management Pack for Oracle Communications releases and releases include the same features, but is compatible with Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c and is compatible with Enterprise Manager 13c.
