Symptoms

IWS Request was rejected.

While invoke the IWS-ATC1Person through Openscript and rejected by CCB web service.

ERROR

"The IWS request has been rejected. System could not get userId for '' username".

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. While invoke the IWS-ATC1Person through Openscript.
2. Rejected by CCB web service.
