When the Device Details is initially selected from the popup menu in the viewer, an error occurs in the Java console referencing FLM_FEEDER_ERRORS_ROW_POPUP.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps with the Java console visible and logging turned on.
1. Launch a viewer and load a map
2. Select a device
3. Select the Device Details option
4. Review the content in the java console and note the error referencing FLM_FEEDER_ERRORS_ROW_POPUP.
