Error Received When Attempting to Export Projects in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

When attempting to run Project Export in the Administration tab, the following error occurs:
"Error in Submission...Review the errors shown below, click the button at left to try to correct the errors noted. Then submit again.
Submission failed.<br> Error in function getOrderIDByActivityID in engine dataupload/processdata/functionsrvr: Activity id:L9DLR2MQ6LDMP passed for the project: 54014 is not valid
Evaluating response DCT."
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log in in as Application Administrator (app_admin) or user with equivalent privileges
2. Navigate to Administration > Data Import & Export tab > Data Export > Export Data
3. Under the 'Action' column heading locate 'Project' and click 'Export Data'. Report executes but an error is received.
While project export is in progress and concurrently a different user makes changes in a roadmap.
