CP Horizontal View Order Types Does Not Show For ASN, Unallocated, Allocated On-hand quantity - Export to excel exports same data as previous query even though data is changed (Doc ID 2149229.1)

Users are on 12.2.5 and have applied VCP Consolidated Update 2 patch 22493520. They are having issues related specifically to Horizontal and Vertical Views in Collaborative Planning

A. Vertical View Issue:

When users query all ( blind query) all the entries are shown and they can export all to excel and so far no issue. When they query only Unallocated onhand order type, it shows all Unallocated order type as expected but when they Export All to excel, it shows all the records from the blind query. Effectively they cannot export only what they see in the front end. Is there any other way to export so that we will get only records say one order type ‘Unallocated onhand’ order type

B. Problem with the Horizontal view.

Select all using blind query, export into excel looks ok. Now choose one item and search using that item. Only that item data shows up in the front end UI which is fine. However when they export to excel, it's not the same data

C. Related to B above. In the Horizontal View in General when exporting to excel: These columns and data appear to be from the Vertical View as when comparing data to the Horizontal View from the front end, the columns are not the same - this makes no sense

D. In Horizontal View, users query for Order Type = Unallocated onhand only but it shows Error - No data was found for your search criteria. However in Vertical View this query returns expected data to the UI

This happens on all machiines and even when cache is cleared. Preferences are setup so that all Order Types have been selected and are in the right hand column

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Various queries in Collaborative Planning for Horizontal and Vertical Views
2. Find discrepancies as noted
