When attempting to Send a record forward in the workflow, the following error occurs.
Unifier Notification: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot move the project forward.
