Symptoms

When attempting to send sale transactions with IRS customer linked to the transaction, the process fails and the following error occurs:


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select F3 POS
2. Enter item 1234
3. Select F8 Pricing
4. Select F2 Price Override and change price to 20,000
5. Select F6 Tender
6. Select Yes at the Manager Override prompt
7. Enter PAT Customer details
8. Complete the sale

The transaction fails to be sent to CO.
