GRC 8.6.5.x : Control Analysis failed due to the missing values from the filter (Doc ID 2149483.1)

On : 8.6.5 version, Application Access Contr. Gov.

When attempting to run the Control Analysis
the following error occurs.

2016-06-06 00:14:06,270 DEBUG [ExecutorThread-434] a:445 Started: Resetting internal reasoner cache.
2016-06-06 00:14:06,271 DEBUG [ExecutorThread-434] a:488 Completed: Resetting internal reasoner cache.
2016-06-06 00:14:06,271 ERROR [ExecutorThread-434] AbstractSubJob:219 Error occured during analysis
oracle.apps.odin.domain.job.JobExecutionException: Error occured during analysis
at a.a.a.e.c.a.runSubJob(SourceFile:368)
at oracle.apps.odin.domain.executor.ExecutorTaskGroup$
at oracle.apps.odin.domain.executor.OdinWorkManager$
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.grc.dataservices.dao.impl.spring.access.AccessDaoSpr.findAccessByIdAsNode(
at oracle.apps.grc.dataaccessfacade.impl.metadata.AppMetadataService.getAccessByIdAsNode(

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the GRC
2. CCM > Manage Control > Select the Model and Try converting them into control

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the Control Analysis is completed.
