Enhancement Request: Cannot Edit Notes In Edit Timesheet in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Information in this document applies to any platform.
For an open status timesheet, when selecting Edit (Edit Timesheet Details page), you can edit the time on the timesheet, and create new notes, but you cannot EDIT an existing note.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as User (not administrator)
2. Navigate to Timesheets
3. Change View to "My Timesheets" click go
4. For an Open Status Timesheet, click on Edit.
5. NOTICE there is no way to EDIT a Note, you can Add a new note, but you cannot edit a saved note. You can Edit time.
6. Click Cancel
