Cannot Approve Price Change One Day After Customer Segment Promotion Has Ended (Doc ID 2150101.1)

Symptoms

Cannot approve Price Change 1 day after Customer Segment promotion has ended.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Note current vdate is T
2) Create & Approve Customer Segment Simple promotion for an item at zone level with Start Date = T + 2 and End Date = T + 4
3) Create and try to approve price change for same item and zone as previously, but with effective date = T + 5 (one day after the customer segment promotion ends)
4) The price change will still be in "worksheet" status. Click on Binocular icon and it shows "Price changes and promotions cannot overlap"


Price Change can be approved if effective date is 2 days after the customer segment promotion ends (T + 6). This doesn't happen to non-customer segment promotions.
