Symptoms

On OFSAA 8.0.1, the instrument table validation procedure takes very long to complete.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The table validation procedure ran using OFSAA UI (function Batch_Table_Class_Req) takes approx. 2-3 hours to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Normally, in previous versions of OFSAA, execution would require 15-30 min.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Batch_Table_Class_Req via batch or directly from SQL
