ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ECC Plan Planned replenishment for expiring lots is not netting available supplies

Plan is generating almost seemingly to replenish the expiring quantity instead of netting the remaining demands against the remaining supplies.
For example Item has 1000 unit on-hand.
300 units are expiring on July 15th.
There is a 100 units external demand.
In this case there is a remaining quantity of 700 units available to satisfy the demand of 100 units.
However the plan generates a planned order for 300 (or more) to meet the lots that are expiring.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expiring lot should not be considered as demand
