In regards to ALM Runoff Financial Elements (FE), the documentation provides a distinction of negative and positive results.  How are the positive and negative runoff parts determined? Is this determined based on the account type of the product (i.e. if it is assets or liabilities)?

197 Maturity Runoff - Negative
195 Maturity Runoff - Positive
192 Payment Runoff - Negative
190 Payment Runoff - Positive
182 Prepay Runoff - Negative
180 Prepay Runoff - Positive
198 Timing of Maturity Runoff - Negative
196 Timing of Maturity Runoff - Positive
193 Timing of Payment Runoff - Negative
191 Timing of Payment Runoff - Positive
