Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 7.0.6

There is a discrepancy between Date Submitted and Date Transmitted (difference of 1 hour).

For example:

When viewing the report details in India time zone (UTC+5:30), it shows correct/same date in both fields and date in database is also same in both fields.

However when viewing the same report details in EU timezone (UTC+1) it shows 1 hour difference between submitted date and transmitted date.
