When using Copy Plans Utility, Payment Modes are Causing and Error (Doc ID 2150519.1)

On :  8.2.0 version, Plan Administration Module

When copying a plan, the process fails with the following error:

Copying Error.  Processing has been cancelled.

Company: "company name"
Plan: "plan name"
Entity: "Payment Mode"
There are no payment modes defined for the plan.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav:  Tools > Copy Plans > Next
2.Select source DB > Next > Select Destination DB > Next
3. Select plant to copy
4. Create new destination name and destination short name and select Next
5. Select Next again, then select Copy
6. Get error message.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new plans from existing plans which makes creating plans much longer and more difficult.
