BSP SQL Script Upgrade_execbspdm_custom1.sql Stops for Input of Substitution Variable (Doc ID 2150552.1)

When installing Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP), when you try to complete item (b) in Step 16 of the Readme.txt by running upgrade_execbspdm_std.sql, upgrade_execbspdm_custom1.sql, or execute upgrade_execbspdm_custom2.sql from $EPM_ORACLE_HOME/products/Planning/config/bspsql, the script prompts you to enter a value for a substitution variable:

Enter value for reprfreq:
Enter value for amrttype:

You do not know what to put for the substitution variables.  The instructions do not mention having to enter values.
