CCB/CC&B - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing
MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management

CCB has requested usage from MDM, the meter linked to the SA is Smart Meter having interval measuring components attached to it.  When generating the Bill Segment, Allow Estimates is checked.   On the MDM side, the usage contains estimated reads, having Status Code "System estimated". 

The Usage is received back in CCB successfully, but on viewing the Usage details in CCB, the flag for the ESTIMATED is not checked.  What configuration is missing or what steps should should be taken for the Estimation Indicator to be set?
