When attempting to Import multiple Project csv spreadsheet files into Instantis EnterpriseTrack, the following error occurs.

Error in Submission...
Review the errors shown below, click the button at left, and try to correct the errors noted. Then submit again.

Submission failed.
Evaluation exception during submission.
Executing storage action. [engine-id = F_L767XWR6VVCS2, engine-name= /adminconfig/dataupload/process_stagingdata, time = 2016-06-14 13:37:03.140 ART] Error during the execution of storage action 10. The value of
the field 'insert_date' is null date.The field 'insert_date' is part of a database key and null date is not allowed as a key value. in function /dataupload/processdata/projects/upload_projects/update_phasearchivemaster

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Instantis EnterpriseTrack as a User with Permissions to complete Project Imports
2. Navigate to the Administration page
--a. Navigate to the Data Import & Export tab
3. Select the Import Data link under the Data Import section
4. Select the Projects link
5. Upload all necessary template files with the appropriate information filled in
6. Validate all uploaded files
7. Attempt to Import the Data
8. Receive Error in Submission page
