API Project Search Results With No Custom Fields, Incorrect Output for Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2151630.1)

When attempting to Run API Integration for entity Project, as a Search, and expecting to receive "Custom Fields" the following occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enter as Administrative user, Navigate to Data Import & Export
NOTE: If Initiative for project is unknown, this must be located prior to downloading the template
2. In Integration section, Select link "Download Data Integration Templates"
3. Select Data format "Json" or XML
4. Choose Language to be used, Select Date Format, Type: "Download Template"
5. For Entity: Project, Initiative, Select Cloud Services (based on the project given)
6. Click "Download" for "Search" column
7. Save this download

Running the API

  1. Enter the credentials necessary to run the API.
  2. Use the template as downloaded from the Imports/Exports and edited for  specific informaiton
  3. When output is received, notice information is incorrect.


 In Reconfigure mode, some custom fields where resigned from initiative specific to Global.
