How to Recover Suspended File in Recycle Status (Doc ID 2152174.1)

Goal

Qn1:On : 7.5.0.6.0 version, Pipeline Manager

User needs suggestion for recovery of suspended files for below scenario.

April 10th 2:00 am: automatic recycling is launched, all CDRs status set to status 1 in suspended_usage_t

April 10th 2:12 am: pre-recycling pipeline is restarted (due to a parallel action). No suspense update file was generated due to pipeline was stopped while recycling was in progress

April 10th 2:17 am: few files which were getting processed by recycle pipeline gets stuck and does not appear in output of recycle pipeline since pipeline is restarted.
for those suspense file suspended_usage_t.status = 1 and cannot be recycled further.

How to recover such suspended CDRs?
