Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, you cannot see certain batches in the Operations > Batch Scheduler or Batch Execution screens.

If you check the SCHEDULEDTASKS.XML in $FIC_APP_HOME/icc/conf, the missing Scheduled batches are listed in the file so you know they are scheduled.  You do not understand why you cannot see them in the screen.
