Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, Application Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MetaSolv - All Environments not working over SSL

Users are unable to log in to MSS when using SSL.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to log into MSS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the MSS app and you get an error message.

"can not communicate with the application server."
