SheetPlayerMgr: "Exception while executing step" is Causing Recorded Scenario to Not Execute (Doc ID 2152661.1)

Symptoms



Trying to execute a simple training scenario that was created.  This  just creates a call and then opens the device.

When you click the play button, it gets to step one to submit the call and then the plan pauses. You cannot get it passed step 1, and the java console kicks out this error.

The issue can be reproduced  with the following steps:

  1. Record a training scenario with just a submit call and an open device steps
  2. Attempt to run the scenario
