Symptoms

When a custom series is added to NPI_SERIES_DATA table and create launch management views is run, the following error is seen in the db_exception_log table

APPPROC_CDP_LAUNCH_MGMT_VIEWS
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
