Goal
On : 7.5.0.14.0 version, Account Sync
StartT and EndT of product sync xml in AQ_QUEUE is populated as 1969 in one environment and 1970 in different environment.
For example:

In eai_js/Infranet.properties, below parameter is kept as true.
