Export To Excel Is Not Working Correctly. Report Output Format is in CSV Instead of XLSX (Doc ID 2153133.1)

Symptoms

When executing the BOM Explosion report and then choose Export, the export file is generating with csv format instead of the Excel format.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to get a *.xlsx file format

STEPS
1. Run BOM Explosion report
2. Export to Excel
