Last updated on DECEMBER 02, 2024

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On :  7.5.0.10.0 version, Collections Manager

When account enters into collections, the unallocated debit adjustments are not considered in the overdue balance and not ageing.
As payments are considering the unallocated debit adjustments, similarly Collections should also consider it.

STEPS
----------
1) An account has one bill with due and an unallocated debit adjustment
2) /Billinfo PENDING_RECV is having the amount = bills due + debit adjustment amount
3) Run collections for this bill unit
4) Check in the collections center to see the overdue amount

It is having only bill amount without the debit adjustment amount. The /collections_scenario is having only bill due amount.
