Report scheduling does not work in copied case

Despite configuring the application to schedule reports on Case save with the following configuration:

1. Console > Common Profile Switches > Reporting > Scheduling: All report scheduling will be done locally on the client machine
2. Console> Common Profile Switches > Case Form Configuration: Always

The system does not schedule reports on case save in the copied case.
