BSP FTP and Prepayment Product Definitions Removed When Adding A New Product Dimension (Doc ID 2153721.1)

On : 8.0.1 version, Calculation Engine

When adding a new Funds Transfer Pricing Rule or Prepayment product definition the existing definitions are removed.

Expected Behavior:
Expect being able to add new product definition without removing old ones.

1. Define product definition for Transfer Pricing Rule of Prepayment and successfully saved the definition.
2. Check FSI_M_TRANSFER_PRICE_RULE and FSI_M_PPMT tables and found the entries are there.
3. Add new product definition and saved.
4. Only the newly added product definition are saved on the tables.
