Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Adapter for Sensus RNI - Version 2.1.0.3 to 2.1.0.3 [Release 2.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Adapter for Senus RNI there are 2 different sets of alarms for events. A “0” set that corresponds with the “R0” data quality flag and the “1” set that corresponds with the “R1” data quality flag. Right now we only support the “0” set and we need to add support for the “1” set.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Suspend DestinationQueueWatch-D6.
  2. Drop a Sensus event data file into the poll directory where a data quality flag is set to “R1”. For example, the file might look like this (the data quality flags are in bold):
    1. MLA01,20080501,SENSUS,CLECO:130000,45772434,501877,201012091515,,OK,E,METERDQ,,,1,201012091439,R1,5
    2. MLA01,20080501,SENSUS,CLECO:130000,45772472,502011,201012091515,,OK,E,METERDQ,,,1,201012091509,R0,5
  3. File is picked up from the poll directory.
  4. Notice that the R1 messages are not generated in the destination queue since the R1 data quality flag it is not yet supported and that an error message is sent to the notification queue.
