Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On Cluster environment, on firing complete operation on Disconnect for two services simultaneously on a cluster, we get an Optimistic Lock exception.

Service 1: AccessService has Party 123 associated and Location 123 associated. This service also has a resource CPE xyz associated. The CPE in turn is associated to the location 123 and Party 123 (using involvements)

Service 2: VoiceLineService has Party 123 associated and Location 123 associated. This service is associated to the same CPE xyz. CPE is a shareable resource.

On a Disconnect order, processinteraction is completed for Both VoiceLine and AccessService, making them to go in pending Disconnect state.
On firing a complete operation for BI of both these services in cluster, we get Optimistic lock exception as per the logs attached.
