MaskedTaxCertificate Data is Missing in Poslog for Business and Regular Customer (Doc ID 2154450.1)

Symptoms

There is no value for the ‘MaskedTaxCertificate’ element in POSLOG when a business customer is linked to a sale transaction.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Scan an item on POS.
  2. Link a Business Customer to the transaction.
  3. Select F6 Tender.
  4. Complete transaction with any tender option.
  5. Verify POSLog.
  6. No value displays for ‘MaskedTaxCertificate’ element.
