New Button Is Greyed Out in Business Process of uDesigner

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is trying to create new business process but found the button - New is greyed out, although all the permission were given from Access Control to node - Business Process under uDesigner.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The button New should not be greyed out, instead it should be enabled.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Unifier Environment
2. Log in as Company Administrator
3. Go to Company Workspace with Navigation
4. Change to Admin mode
5. Locate node - uDesigner
6. Locate node - Business Process
7. Noticed the button - New is greyed out
8. Locate node - Access Control
9. Check permission for Business Process node
10. Full Access has been granted to user - Company Administrator
11. Issue received.
