In a Service Order Management (SOM) enabled Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) -Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) environment, Service Point > SP Portal Tab > Device hyperlink generates an error, instead of navigating to Device in MDM. The same issue can be seen from Field Activity > Go To Appointment context menu. In this case, Go To Appointment should navigate to MDM if the Field Activity (FA) is SOM managed.
