SOM/MDM Hyperlink For Device Inside Of CCB SP Portal Not Working (Doc ID 2154734.1)

Symptoms

In a SOM enabled CCB-MDM environment, Service Point > SP Portal Tab > Device hyperlink generates an error, instead of navigating to Device in MDM.  The same issue can be seen from Field Activity > Go To Appointment context menu.  In this case, Go To Appointment should navigate to MDM if the FA is SOM managed.
