Global Policy Number Field Not Populating When Using Archive Data (Doc ID 2154813.1)

Global Policy Number field is not updating with the new policy number when retrieving data from archive for a renewal transaction.

The system should retrieve the data from the archive transaction, update the forms with the data from archive, and then replace the previous policy number with the new policy number.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start a new transaction.
2. On the Transaction Information Screen, input the company data, including the new policy number.
3. Check the box for "Retrieve data from Archive".
4. Click the "Submit" tab.
5. When the forms list is displayed, click "Work on Forms".
6. The first form displayed shows the correct policy number.
7. Scroll thru the forms and the other forms will display the old policy number.
8. Save to WIP or return to the forms list to add a form, the system will update and display the correct policy number.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to verify that each form in the forms list has the correct policy number before continuing.
