Exception When Executing PremiumLimitCheck

On : 10.2.0.0 version, Activity
After updating PolicyValues, the following error returns.
Changing PolicyValues back to the prior version does not resolve the issue; the system still returns the error.
From the stack trace it looks like a problem with code-generated SQL.
Restarting the server and JVM does not resolve the issue.
