Goal
How can we add validation rules to Event Details(picklist) to catch these two situations --
1) If type_om = 'Primary' and jobs.user_cust_out = 0 then display a message "Type should be NONE when Corrected # Cust Out is zero"
2) If type_om = 'Service' and jobs.user_cust_out <> 1 then display a message "Customer Count should be 1 when Type = Service"
