Last updated on JUNE 02, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure - Version 8.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 8.0.x, after users have worked with the Data Mapping T2T extracts for several hours, the screen stops responding.  You get the following message at the bottom of the Internet Explorer (IE) screen:

<IP ADD> is not responding

The following errors are output to the Weblogic <domain>.log:

#### <WLS0_ADM> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <[ServletContext@<Number>[app:OFSAA module:/OFSAA path:null spec-version:3.0]] Root cause of ServletException.

If you stop and re-start the web server, the issue is resolved.  However, the issue occurs again in a few hours.  This makes doing work in the Data Mapping screens difficult.
