Custom Field Added for Pin_rerate does not Work (Doc ID 2156343.1)

On BRM 7.5

The goal was to use pin_rerate utility having custom field created via the configuration file pin_rerate_flds.xml.

Steps to reproduce :

Update content of $PIN_HOME/sys/data/config/pin_rerate_flds.xml as below
This is to add a custom field for rerating purpose:

Actual Behavior:

Rerate Job was not created. No errors.

Expected Behavior:

Rerate job should be created.
